Excitement is spilling over…..I am going on Rovos Rail for my honeymoon. I can’t tell you how thrilled I am.
Imagine snuggling up on the little veranda at the back of the train, bubbly in hand, watching the scenery go by as the train chugs along merrily. When hunger pangs strike, wave a hand to the butler who will smilingly bring you a gourmet snack.
The bedroom compartment on Rovos Rail is big enough to swing a small cat! From the large double bed you can see out through the window. And if you are the sort that likes wind in your face, they even give you goggles so you can stick your head out the window …. Can just picture the sight of 30 goggles people with their heads poking out of a train 
Anyway, suffice to say that the thought of living in the lap of luxury and acting like a snobbish superstar for two days has me delighted. Sadly my Dear Fiancee thinks this is a rather dull prospect, so I have spent days convincing him that it will be great. Will let you all know how it goes!!
